Do participants need an account or an app?
No. They scan the QR code and land straight in the session, or go to crowdzo.live and enter the six-digit PIN shown on the big screen. No registration, no email address.
What happens if the network or the server drops?
The session survives both a server restart and a lost connection. Close the tab by mistake and you reconnect to the same session with the answers still there.
Which languages is the service available in?
Seven: Swedish, English, German, Spanish, French, Norwegian and Danish.
Can I show the big screen on a computer other than my own?
Yes. The big screen is an ordinary web page that opens in any browser. Run the control panel on your computer and leave the big screen on the room's.
Can I import from PowerPoint or Google Slides?
No. The presentation is built in Crowdzo and the big screen is a web page. Many people run their usual slides alongside and switch to Crowdzo when the audience is to answer.
Can several of us work on the same presentation?
There is no organisation workspace. With Plus you can share presentations with individual colleagues and invite up to 20 moderators to Q&A through a personal link.
Can we use our own colours and logo?
Yes, with Plus. In the dashboard you set a background colour and a card colour and upload your logo, with a preview of how the big screen will look. The look carries through to both the big screen and participants' phones. Text colour is chosen automatically so that it stays readable against the background you picked.
What do I get in the results download?
With Plus you download the answers to your slides as CSV after the session. Questions from Q&A are not included in the file.
